Excellent service. Had the equipment to detect copper water lines at a depth of 9-10 feet, thoroughly marked their location when found, and provided photos of their location flags and marker paint. Gave us a break on travel time charges by volunteering when they'd be in our mountain area for another customer so that we could combine our trip with the trip for that customer. I needed some additional paperwork as proof of my payment for the sale of my property and Rebecca quickly and efficiently got me what I needed.

I have a service line to several water hydrants. A few years ago I had a leak and ALD found two leaks at the hydrants in my system. I recently started to have high water usage and determined it was from this same water line. I called American because of my very positive experience a few years before. Clint came out on time and worked with me on finding the leak. He was very professional, friendly and educational. This time the leak was harder to find but Clint found an area he believed the leak was in. I was finally able to find the time to dig down to try to find the leak. Seven feet down, and there it was... a crack in the "T" connection. I would have never been able to find the leak without Clint and American Leak's service. I give you 5 stars.

I had a great conversation with Becca at the Firestone, CO location about a suspected leak in my house. She was straight forward about what a trip charge would be, and offered to help me figure out if I even needed someone to come out. She explained what I might be hearing and we discussed various things it may be, until I felt confident that it was most likely confined inside the pipes but to call if I see evidence of wet drywall later. She also explained exactly how they would find a leak with minimal wall damage if I needed it later. I will definitely refer this company to all of my friends and family! They are lucky to have such a great employee as Becca!
