We had standing water on my front lawn for several months; we thought it was the irrigation system, so we called an irrigation specialist to check for leaks. He checked it and said the issue does not seem to be irrigation and suggested the local water works or a plumber service. We contacted a plumbing service, and they were unable to assist due to the size of my lawn - however, they recommended American Leak Detection. We contacted American Leak Detection (spoke with Ms. Annette) who dispatched a team out promptly, they performed their analysis and located the area of the leak. We got the plumber back out and the appropriate repairs were made to resolve our leak issues.
We've dealt with service companies that promise to send someone out to address our issues, but they are either days and weeks later or they don't show up. American Leak Detection are true professionals from their request intake process through to job completion and after repair testing if needed. Their administrative staff and technicians have excellent interpersonal skills, and they show up when they say they will. I will refer them to family, friends and anyone else needing the services they provide.
