From beginning to end, Gerard was very professional and described everything he was doing and why. Found a leak in our water line in our front yard which; while this may sound strange, was a relief because our plumber was leaning more toward the problem being under our cement slab, a much more costly proposition! Gerard was on time, courteous, and you felt confident that this guy knew his stuff! Honestly, I'd recommend ALD to anyone needing to check for leaks in water lines, pools, sewer lines, you name it! First off, I believe that the people who answer the phone sets the tone for the company and any future dealings. The ladies that I dealt with were so sweet and amazing!!! Very pleasant, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed. The scheduling of the appointment was made with such ease. I couldn't be more happier. Second, the gentleman who came to my house, Gerard, was extremely professional. He was punctual. He met with my husband went over the fee and the process in detail. Gerard was such a pleasure to deal with. He found the leaks in my pool quickly!!! I was impressed. He fixed my pool and now I don't have to worry about losing any more pool water. Such an amazing and professional company. I couldnt be more happier with the overall performance of my dealings. I will immediately refer this company to anyone who has leak problems. I had water in my basement and I could not for the life of me figure out where this was coming from. I contacted a plumber and they suggested I give American Leak a call. To my amazement they were able to send out Bud the same day to find the source of my leak. I am so thankful I contacted them when i did before the damage got worse. I had a severe leak in my pool where I was losing almost 2 inches a day. I contacted American Leak in Freehold. I called the office and got through right away I was able to speak to a real person who was able to answer all of my questions. Gerard was the person they sent to my house. I was so surprised to see how professional he was and how quickly he was able to get into the water even though it was not that hot outside. He is such a nice young man, I would refer this company to anyone that is concerned about the water level in there pool.

I was very nervous to have someone else come out here to checkout the leak in my pool as I have had another company come out prior and found nothing. I called American Leak and the woman in the office assured me I have every right to be nervous.(which made me feel better knowing I wasn't crazy). They sent out a man named Anthony who really put any fears I had left to rest. Not only did he do the leak detection with me looming over him without ease he also explained to me in great detail what he was doing and why he was doing it. They found a small leak on my return line and I am currently awaiting next week when they are doing the repair. Thank you Anthony for making me feel better for finding a leak others said was not there and for making me feel comfortable with this company!
