ALD's serviceman, Dustin, found the problem in no time. He was extremely professional and very courteous. After checking my indoor equipment and drain lines, using a specialized camera, and doing a little digging, he discovered the problem and showed me exactly what was causing the water pooling. What a relief it was to have an answer, finally. What a surprise it was to find a real plumber who actually knew what he was doing, and one that was willing to use a shovel too! Thank you, Dustin! You made my day and I didn't even mind writing the payment check--money well spent.
