    "Robert is Amazing"
    Robert called me on the phone 4 times and walked me through my issues. He was extremely patient and knew how to explain what was needed so I could solve the problem myself. HIGHLY recommend the company and specifically Robert!!

    "07/19/18- Stacy was efficient and professional. I got my appointment scheduled and off the phone in a very short time frame.Robert was amazing. He called me the day before to give me a window of time, called me that day to confirm and then called 15 min out so I could meet him in back so he didn’t knock and wake my husband that works third shift. Very professional and personal.He was very nice, efficient and checked everything before giving me the detail on where the leak was. He told me what to tell the pool company, cleaned up and was gone within an hour. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank them both for me! "

    07/05/18-I can’t remember if Robert called beforehand. I think someone else called because they squeezed us in last minute. He did tell me the problems and was very nice. He met my expectations. Linda was great too. We would call again if we had another mystery leak.

    05/30/18 -Every aspect of dealing with your company was professional and courteous. In this case I got what I paid for. Robert was very professional. He called not only on his way out but while he was there and a follow up call the next day to see if the repair was holding. Linda also was professional in our conversations. I don’t usually follow up on these because I am not in the business of bsing people. None of this is bs. Your team can be proud of the people that work with you.

    03/08/18 - WE WERE PLEASED WITHE THE SERVICE AND THOSE WHO PROVIDED THE SERVICE, BOTH ROBERT AND LINDA. I COMMENTED TO ROBERT THAT I WAS PLEASED THAT HE WHISTLED WHILE HE WORKED. HE SAID HE LIKED HIS JOB. THE LEAK WILL BE REPAIRED NEXT WEEK.

    "Tech was outstanding"
    Tech texted me the night before and, on the day of the appointment, he gave me a call 30 minutes prior to when he would arrive. While he was working, he let me stay and watch and inform me of what he was doing, and he patiently explained how and where he found the leak. He gave me a 24 inch area where he determined. He even explained what possibilities I have when going about fixing my pool. He continued to work and politely answered all of my questions. He was Outstanding. CSR was great, Even my stupid question, I wasn't embarrassed to ask, Very patient and understanding.
