Having recently purchased a Tucson home and still living in PA, I was at a loss when I received a water bill for almost $900 for 28 days and the house is empty. My home watch service, Dave Arellano, recommended this company so I called. I spoke with Seth Tanner who immediately put me on their schedule. He and Dave worked together to determine the cause of the leak which saved a service visit. Despite all the time Seth spent on the phone with both me and Dave, he charged me nothing; what a blessing!!! The problem was resolved and I would recommend American Leak Protection to everyone!

I had sold my house and was waiting to close. I received my water bill and was shocked at $250 per month. I called the city of Tucson to check my meter, which was leaking 35 gallons of water per hour! I had gotten two referrals for American Leak Detection. One from a plumber, one from my realtor. Both said this was the ONLY company they would call for this job. I really didn't want to break up new tile flooring, but If it had to be done I wanted the most accurate area to break up. Seth arrived on time and within 10 minutes found the issue. It was the water softener! The O-ring was pumping water through the system. The exhaust tubing is run to the roof and down through the venting to the sewer pipe. I was so relieved I almost cried and hugged both men!
